- Yes we ship overseas. If you're country is not listed email us at info@ochoapparel.com and we can make shipping arrangements.
- How long will my order take?
- We ship your order out same or next business day so it should arrive 1-2 days after your purchase. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Can I get a refund?
- If you choose the wrong size or if there is a problem with the product you can return the item for a replacement or money back guarantee as long as it is undamaged (wrong size) or there is a reasonable reason for refund.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?

- At Ocho we are always looking for original artists to collaborate with. So, if you're an artist, illustrator, graphic designer, photographer or candle stick maker we would be super pumped to see your stuff.
Submitting Artwork:
Compose an email to info@ochoapparel.com and put 'check out my junk' as the subject.
- Attach artwork, please keep under 2mb.
- Include a link to your portfolio website if you have one.
- We will look at and review every submission. If your design meets the cut, we pay you.
- Please don't send artwork that you are not the copyright owner of.
- Please don't send artwork that has been previously printed up on garments.
- We try and reply to everyone who submits artwork, from time to time we can't due to the amount of emails we receive.
- By submitting your artwork to Ocho for consideration YOU retain all your copyrights. We will not use or pass on your artwork or information to any third parties without your permission.
